Our Philosophy
Om Baby Bliss workshops are centered on the following Philosophy:
1) Each caregiver is uniquely qualified to connect with their littles through massage and touch.
2) Each caregiver is deserving of time to stretch and build strength in their own bodies.
3) All caregivers benefit immensely from finding a community of caregivers in a real-life (not virtual) space.
4) There is no perfect way to be a mother or caregiver, and as caregivers we can use community, yoga and massage to identify what we want most from our role.
5) All caregivers and all babies are doing the best they can, with that they have, where they are. When we struggle, that is usually a beautiful opportunity to learn from ourselves and one another.
6) In today's society, caregivers, mothers, and babies are increasingly overstimulated and inundated with information. All humans deserve a space where it is safe to slow down and observe emotions as they arise.
