Our 3-Week Pilates in the Park Teacher Training is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to lead prenatal and postpartum Pilates sessions in outdoor settings. The training includes 6 hours of observation, 3 hours of lecture, and culminates in a paid 3-month internship with Om Baby Bliss.

In this 40-hour Prenatal Postpartum Pilates & Yoga teacher training program, you will learn how to support birthing people, postpartum clients, and babies at all stages in their health and wellness journey through movement. The program comes with comprehensive training manuals for prenatal/postpartum/baby and me mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, Hatha yoga baby-wearing and prenatal yoga. Those that finish will automatically be enrolled in our paid 3-month internship program.

Children's Yoga & Pilates Teacher Training

In this 32 hours children's Pilates and yoga teacher training, we will focus on bringing Pilates and yoga to toddler's, kindergarten aged children, and school aged children. You will get unlimited access to all classes at Om Baby Bliss.
