What to expect

Each week includes:

  • Pilates-based strength + full-body movement

  • Core and pelvic floor support for late postpartum

  • Space for babies to move, explore, and participate

  • Songs, play, and connection woven throughout

  • A short weekly conversation with other parents

No need for your baby to sit still—movement is part of the class.
