Our Mat Prenatal/Postpartum Pilates class combines the core-strengthening benefits of traditional Pilates with known beneficial exercises for the prenatal/postpartum body. This 50-minute session is designed exclusively for prenatal and postpartum bodies seeking to build muscular strength and improve flexibility. Through a series of dynamic, low-impact movements, participants can expect to build muscle tone through all areas of the body. Our experienced instructors provide modifications to accommodate various fitness levels, ensuring a challenging yet accessible workout for all.
