Rooted: A Postpartum

Sound Healing Series

A 5-week series for mothers to rest, restore, and reconnect after birth. Through guided relaxation, sound healing, gentle reflection, and community support, this series is designed to help regulate the nervous system, replenish energy, and create moments of deep rest during the postpartum journey.

Who this is for

  •  In the fourth trimester and beyond

  • Seeking rest, grounding, and emotional support after birth

  • Craving community and dedicated self-care

  • A wonderful follow-up to the Mama & Me series or the Pilates & Play series

What to expect

Each week includes:

  • Guided grounding meditation & Yin yoga flow

  • Sound bath (crystal singing bowls + chimes)

  • Gentle breath work and relaxation

  • Time for connection and reflection

  • Tea and community following the session

Baby is welcome to join the last week at the Park Pilates class
